Made from the flesh of the tropical papaya fruit, these dried papaya strips are chewy with a sweet exotic flavour. They can be added to lunchboxes, fruit salads, or dice them and add to yoghurt, cakes, or muesli. Papaya is anti-inflammatory and a great source of fibre and antioxidants.
