Normally you would have to go to Italy or Europe to get good wholegrain pasta, but we make it right here in Kimbolton. Smooth, no gritty texture. No eggs. Cooks in just 5 - 5 1/2 minutes. Simply stir through the cashew mushroom sauce or your favourite sauce for a healthy quick meal. We start with organic grain, mill it in our zentrofan mill to get a very fine, 100% wholegrain flour, add water to make the pasta, then dry it overnight. Delicious and healthy.
