Normally you would have to go to Italy or Europe to get good wholegrain spelt pasta, but we make it right here in Palmerston North. Smooth, no gritty texture. No eggs. Cooks in just 5 - 5 1/2 minutes. Simply stir through the cashew mushroom sauce or your favourite sauce for a healthy quick meal. We start with organic spelt, mill it in our zentrofan mill to get a very fine, 100% wholegrain spelt flour, add water to make the pasta, then dry it overnight. Delicious and healthy.
