A delicious, aromatic and flavoursome oil, recommended for use when the flavour of the oil is integral to the finished dish. Made from organically grown coconuts – the white flesh is sun-dried to remove excess moisture then cold-pressed to extract a high quality virgin coconut oil rich in ‘good’ fatty acids. Unrefined and highly stable, virgin coconut oil is slow to oxidize and resistant to rancidity. Suitable for medium heat cooking and baking. Great in sauces, dressing and for sauteing.
